All the prices at Bedz4u include FREE delivery to the majority of the UK Mainland.

An additional Courier surcharge of £30.00 will be applied to post codes: (KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, G, KY, KA, ML, EH, DG,TD), Cornwall and Lower Devon (TR, PL, EX, TQ)

Deliveries take between 1-5 working days depending on the size and weight of the product and the Courier Service used.

All Mattresses and Divan Sets are made to order and can therefore take between 3 - 7 working days to be delivered to your area.

Where do you deliver to?

Please Note: We are unable to fulfill any orders to Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. We do NOT ship to the following postcode ranges: any beginning with BT, GY, JE, IM, IW, HS, KW (Orkneys) and ZE. If you are not sure if we ship to your address PLEASE contact us first before placing an order.

*Most Goods will be delivered using a National 1-2 Day One Man Courier Service. On occasions a 2 Man White Glove Delivery Service may be used for the bulky and heavier Bed Frames, Mattresses and Divan Sets. (This service has a longer lead time*)

You will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number, address and details of the items you bought. We will then contact you shortly via email with the Courier details and tracking information.

For those furniture items that include white glove delivery service, you will receive a call from our nominated courier who will agree a date and give you a 3 hour delivery slot.

Important

it is your responsibility to make sure that you check your delivery for any signs of damage whilst the Courier/Delivery Man is at your door.

Try to quickly check for obvious damage or tampering to the packaging.

Where this is found you should mark this on the delivery note as Damaged.

Never sign for it has been Unchecked.

All Courier Companies stipulate in their Terms & Conditions, that once signed for there can be no claims for damages thereafter because you the Customer will have signed for the goods as been in good order when delivered.

This is to protect you the customer.

All deliveries are made to the House front door or the Flat/Appartment Main Entrance only! (Couriers are not insured to enter premises or lift goods up flights of steps), this must be carried out by the customer!

In the unlikely event that you have any parts missing please contact us . We will always do our best to send out replacements A.S.AP. Also as part of our company policy in relation to damages, we ask that all our customers email us photographs of the item/s allowing us to assess the extent of the damage.
